It is simply good. Clean, delicious, and they have all the live fishes if you are a spender. Their fish tanks have many exotic fishes like sting rays and sea eels, if you are into that sort of food. From the pot of tea to their steamed live fish, the quality has been consistent. There are many VIP rooms for hosting small parties, and ample parking in the back. What is good about dim sum is that you get to try a variety of different Chinese food in small portions, like the Spanish tapas. So smaller the portion the better.
