Best Lamb Stew
This place is only open from Oct - April, when the weather is a bit cooler. They only serve one dish, lamb stew. It comes in two sizes, small (enough for 1-2 people), large (3 or more). It is fascinating the fuel to heat the lamb stew is the very old traditional way of cooking, raw coal, the fuel which powerplants use to make electricity. Coal burns a long time and very hot, so just be careful as it sometimes can spread small sparks around the pot. Once you ordered the stew, you can choose a variety of side dishes to add to the stew, things like vegetables, dried tofu skins, etc. So it essentially becomes a hot pot where you can cook things yourself. You can order some beer and the pot just just cooks the food, but also acts as a heater to warm yourself in the cold. The line can get long the colder the weather gets. This is simply street food and if you are not used to the scene, you can order take-out and enjoy it at the comfort of your own home.
